Assurance of Spring: Weather watchers may find their thermometers a deceptive signal for spring, but the neighbors of Mrs. Charles W. Edmonds of 1619 Cambridge can watch for a different sign. The Edmonds' corner of Cambridge and Baldwin is in blossom this season with a border of yellow primroses, blue grape hyacinth, mertensia, daffodils and every color of tulip. Mrs. Edmonds, had kept up the garden, which also borders the house, for about 20 years.
