RECEIVE AWARDS: Three persons received Silver Beaver Awards, highest Boy Scout honor for adults, during the Boy Scouts of America Portage Trails Council Recognition Dinner last night in Eastern Michigan University's McKenny Hall. Left to Right are Raymond Kingston of 5660 Textile Rd. in Ypsilanti township, Merton C. Teare of 3205 Sunnywood Blvd. in Ann Arbor and Raymond W. Maltby of Brighton. Receiving plaques for service to Scouting were Donald M. Silkworth of Ypsilanti and Dr. Floyd A. Peyton of Ann Arbor.

SCOUT AWARD WINNERS: These six persons have been awarded citations for their outstanding work as volunteers in the Portage Trails Council of Boy Scouts. Four of them received Scout Keys for three years of active troop leadership. Two received Scout Awards for volunteer council work.
