Ryder of 2000 Longshore Dr. suggests several of her Norwegian buffet dishes that have become favorites with her friends here as well as her family in Norway. Michael, 2, gives approval to his mother's shrimp and crab ring mold and her cheese sticks. Pickled herring and meat balls and gravy are other favorites.
