Ann Arbor Patrolman Wayne Meyers opens a 15th District Court lockup cell for Charles L. Duty, charged with the Aug. 12 robbery of the Huron Valley National Bank branch at 777 N. University Ave. Duty's examination before Judge S. J. Elden on the armed robbery count was scheduled for 9 a.m. today but was adjourned until this afternoon. A bandit used a note to force a bank teller to give him $995 and Duty was arrested for the robbery three days after the holdup.
