STUDENT LOANS MADE EASY: Robert A. Lumbard (left), proprietor of the University Drug Co., store at 1225 S. University Ave., has made it easy for University students to obtain loans. They merely put their IOU's in a box on the counter and take the money they need "within reason." Within a few days they're ready to repay, Lumbard reports. Then they replace the amount they needed and take their IOU's from the box. Lumbard reports no financial loss since the system was started last week. Here Kenneth Kellar, a Law School senior from Lead, S D., shows Lumbard his IOU. Kellar is holding the box behind him.
