BAKE SALE PREPARATIONS: Mrs. Glenn Groosbeck of Roosevelt Blvd., Ypsilanti, is busy baking pies for the Ypsilanti United Church Women's bake sale which will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow at Arnet's Cleaners, 25 N. Washington St. Mrs. Carl Scheffler, finance chairman in charge of the sale, has enlisted five churches in the council to contribute to the sale. Church women from St. Matthew's Methodist, Congregational, Brown Chapel Methodist, Emmanuel Lutheran and Presbyterian Churches are contributing the baked goods.

Guild House Moved: The old Congregational and Disciples guild, shown here being moved at E. Liberty St. and State St. yesterday, was on its way from the old site on Maynard St. to Pontiac Tr., its new location. The resident minister and his wife, the Rev. and Mrs. H. L. Pickerill, are the new owners of the house in which they have lived for many years. Formerly, it was owned by the national board of the Disciples of Christ Church. The Pickerills have moved, along with the students, to a recently purchased guild house on Thompson St. and plan to rent the Pontiac Tr. dwelling.
