Staff of Ann Arbor's police department has reached the 50 mark with the addition of two new patrolmen who have already begun their duties as members of the force. Left, above is William Archie Clague, 22, a graduate of Ann Arbor High School and a veteran of 32 months' service in the U.S. Navy. A former employee of Campbell Truckers, Patrolman Clague is unmarried. and lives with his mother, Mrs. Edna Clague, in Whitmore Lake. Right, above, is Patrick McLaughlin, 21, who enlisted with the Seabees during his senior year in Ann Arbor High school and received a war service high school diploma after 24 months of foreign duty. Patrolman McLaughlin is married, and lives at 1701 Highland Dr.
