Among the haunted house's guests were Anne Stevenson and her friend, 14-month old Finn Magoon, both of Ann Arbor, who were studying tombstones but appeared oblivious to the ghost lurking in the background. The frightful, yet child-friendly Halloween event also had spooky music and films.

And what better place to hold a spook house than an old morgue? The spook house is being staged in the basement of North Hall on campus in what used to be a morgue when the building was part of the University Hospital complex.
