Bridge Improvements: Walkways and new metal railings will replace high concrete railings at the Wall St. bridge when the work there is completed. The new railings will permit drivers a better view of traffic at the Island Dr.-Wall St. intersection. New construction work in that area also includes a traffic circle system at Wall St. and Maiden Lane.
