For the benefit of others, it is a Spanish dish prepared with rock cornish hens. Kitty's parents are the Louis Galans of Loch Alpine Dr. Mrs. Galan is a native of Spain.

The Avsharians, who live on Brooklyn Ave., are both from Armenia.
