A BIRD'S EYE VIEW: David W. Bouse of 1613 Beal Ave., a student and cameraman for the University's Television Center, films campus activities from his perch 40 feet above the Diagonal yesterday afternoon. With his is Lawrence Bertossi of Richmond, Michi., operator of the equipment which was provided by a Richmond tree service firm. The bird's eye view will be part of a color film on U-M activities and history, which will be completed for television showings in the fall.
