PATROLMAN Jay Hamm, 30, was born in Iosco county and is a graduate of the Flushing, (Mich.), High school. He logged more than a year and a half of service with the Army and received his discharge less than two months ago. Ex-Sgt. Hamm is at present making his home at Whitmore Lake. PATROLMAN Robert Robinson, 23, a native of Liberty, S. C., served with the Army Air Forces from December, 1942, until February, 1946. Before joining the Ann Arbor police force he was employed as a construction worker on one of the University's building projects. He resides at 1890 Upland Dr.
