CHI-CHI IS CHIC: Linda Richardson, 10, of 915 Woodlawn Ave. once dressed her pup, named Chi-Chi, in doll's clothing when it was ill. Now the alert little mongrel shows a preference for a "dress-up" dinner. In fact, Linda says, the dog will refuse to drink his milk unless clothed. But that provides a happy chore for Linda.

Looking on are twins Patty and Peggy Pensinger. Mrs. Fanslow and the three children, all in costume took part in a program Saturday at the church climaxing the WCSC's Japanese study. The twins have spent two years in Japan with their parents.

Army authorities say some of the dolls have had explosives plated in then by Viet Cong terrorists. No explosives have been found in the three dolls turned over to local police agencies by residents here.
