Mrs. Paul Burks (left) of Morton Ave. and Mrs. Charles Palmer of Kimberly Rd. are pictured busy at work on their leisure-time hobby, rug-hooking. Mrs. Burks is almost half-way through her black, green, rose and tan rug, while Mrs. Palmer is just starting. Mrs. Palmer's husband made the design which she will follow in hooking her rug. Her skirt, her husband's suit and her child's overalls are contributing to the future rug. Both women are members of the rug-hooking group of the Faculty Women's Club handicraft section.
