SPEAKERS AT RACKHAM DEDICATION PROGRAM: When this picture was taken at yesterday's formal dedication of the Rackham graduate school, Prof. John S. P. Tatlock of the University of California was at the rostum delivering one of the addresses. The other speakers of the occassion are seen seated in the front row at the right -- President Alexander G. Ruthven, Dr. F. R. Moulton, permanent secretary of the American Association for the advancement of Science, and Bryson D. Horton, Detroit, chairman of the board of governors of the graduate school. Behind them, left to right, are Prof. William C. Hoad, Prof. C. W. Edmunds, Prof. William Clark Trow and Prof. William L. Ayres, all members of the school's executive board.
