THREE ARE TWO: Today is the second birthday for the Comstock triplets - (left to right) Connie, Julie and Tim - and, while they seem a bit apprehensive about the photographer, things probably brightened up when it came time to eat their cake. The parents, Dr. and Mrs. Frank W. Comstock of 3139 Baylis Dr., Pittsfield township, have five other youngsters. The triplets weighed a total of almost 21 pounds at birth.
