Powell; City Clerk John Bentley; Commissioners Henry V. Aquinto, Joseph W. Edwards and William J. Conlin, and City Attorney Jacob F. Fahrner Jr. The commission will hold its next meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the City Hall's third floor.
