Foreign Teachers Arrive In Ann Arbor: These are some of the 24 teachers of English from foreign lands who arrived in Ann Arbor this morning for a two-months stay at the University's English Language Institute. The institute hopes members of the group will be invited into Ann Arbor homes during their stay. They are from Brazil, Norway, Finland, Formosa, Bolivia, Argentina, Indonesia, Turkey, Lebanon, Indochina, Austria, Greece, and the Netherlands. Picture was taken as the teachers prepared to board a University of Michigan bus at the New York Central Station.

The pair, Khin Tint, in front, and Khin San Yee, teachers of English in their native country, will attend a special 10-week course at the University for foreign teachers of English. Thirty-four teachers from 14 countries will attend the special course given by the University's English Language Institute.
