Without a doubt, two of the most unusual pets in the area are nannies Marie and Connie, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Lamkin of Willis. Although the Lamkins use their goats for meat, Marie and Connie have been around for some time and are likely to continue thier reign as family favorites. With them are (left to right) three of the Lamkin children - Brenda, 4; Matthew, 10; and Lizabeth, 8. The Lamkins have a host of other farm animals.
