WHEELLESS TRANSPORTATION: Don Cramer, 14-year-old ninth-grade student at East Junior High School in Ypsilanti, demonstrates a device involving wheelless transportation during the Southeastern Michigan Science Fair over the weekend in Ann Arbor. The device is suspended and moves on a narrow cushion of air. His entry--"The Ground Effect--Wheelless Transportation"--won a second prize in the overall Senior Division and a first place in the engineering category of that division. Don is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold R. Cramer of 316 Garland Ave. Several area students were cited.
