Sewage Plant Progressing: This aerial view of the city's new sewage plant, located between I-94 and Ford Lake, shows the work about one-third completed. Nearby is the Grove St. overpass, which will soon be widened to permit the construction of a left-turn lane for traffic going from Ypsilanti onto a service drive and the eastbound Expressway lanes.
