At the top, an arrow shows the location of a new 25,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on which construction will start next week. At the bottom, the letter "A" marks the recently completed Ypsilanti sewage treatment plant, and in the center, "B" indicates the Gault Village Shopping Center which will open soon.

Nearby is the Grove St. overpass, which will soon be widened to permit the construction of a left-turn lane for traffic going from Ypsilanti onto a service drive and the eastbound Expressway lanes.
