CLEANUP RESULTS IN UNIQUE VEHICLE: This is what happens when people clean out their basements for spring trash pickup, or at least what happened when City Attorney Peter W. Forsythe of 1205 Olivia cleaned his last weekend. The basement treasures, two tricycles and a toy tractor, were welded together to make room for his four children and a friend. Riding the "silly bike" as the children call it, are from left, Linda Forsythe, Carl Wolf, David Forsythe, Martha and Jim Forsythe. No attempt to patent the vehicle has been reported.
