STUDENTS COLLECT SCRAP PAPER: Members of the Victory Committee at Tappan school spent a lot of time last week collecting paper for a scrap drive, and at the end of the week discovered they had accumulated 50,862 pounds of paper. Here some of the committee members and their advisor are shown with part of the haul. In front from left to right are Miss Marie Bloomfield, teacher in charge, and Nancy Townsend.
