WELL, HE WANTED TO TOBOGGAN: James O'Sullivan, jr., 20, of 1402 Maywood Ave., could well have eyed longer the direction sign and less the snow-capped slopes of the Nichols Arboretum as he drove through the park about 10 a.m. today. Looking for a place to go tobogganing, O'Sullivan allowed his car to slide from the roadway. Although originally proceeding in the specified direction, O'Sullivan soon was headed in another.
