These Dog Days of Spring: When citizens complained that dogs were decorating Ann Arbor parks with leftovers, city staff discussed the problem and decided to try to 'educate' pet owners. But when dogs over-ran the Community High School soccer field, the school called out its team and went on the offensive. Art students prepared international signs, conveying the message without words. Soccer players (from left) Geoff Wilson, Heidi Buchele and Shael Polakow-Suransky display the signs.
