When the clearing project is completed, the property will be used by the Campus Inn to provide an additional parking space for 130 to 150 cars. City's 675 Silent Employes Bring In Nearly $400,000 In Five years' Service - George Kaercher, Ann Arbor's parking meter collector, puts a day's take in pennies into 50-cent envelopes with the help of a sorting machine which singles out good pennies from mutilated ones, slugs, washers, etc. In the past five years of operation, the meters have taken in $391,419 in pennies and nickels.
