Mrs. Anna Walsh is shown receiving a check from J. L. Kabatasky, attorney of the department of justice, yesterday afternoon at her home on Congdon St., Chelsea, for acreage which will be used in the Waterloo project. At the left is C. D. Platt, project manager, while standing is John Keusch, Chelsea attorney, the local representative of the legal division of resettlement administration. Dr. Walter Koelz, of the University faculty, who has been vitally interested in the project development, also was present. Mr. Keusch is a grandson of Mrs. Walsh.
