CHELSEA POST OFFICE NEARS COMPLETION: Transfer of equipment from the old post office to the new federal building at the corner of Main and South streets is expected to take place soon. Use of the new building has been held up by the delay in receiving shipments of certain materials for finishing the interior. A former bank building has housed the post office for the last two years, and previous to that mail was distributed from a location on the east side of Main St., between South and Middle streets.
