City Officials Sign Utility Permits for Ann Arbor Research Park, November 1960

Dickinson, co-chairman of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce's Economic Development Committee, and City Clerk Fred J. Looker and Lawrence H. Ouimet, the committee's other co-chairman. Development of the park with research-oriented industry is expected to begin in the spring, Dickinson said. Installation of the utility lines will be scheduled so that they will be available when the park is ready for use, City Administrator Guy C. Larcom, jr., said today.
