"GO BLUE - WHALE IOWA": Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity at 920 Baldwin Ave., with a reputation for building large Homecoming displays, built this whale with a mouth that moves. Two years ago the group won a Homecoming display contest award with a 70-foot dragon. Showers and high winds damaged many of the displays in the yards of fraternities this morning.
