WHERE SCRAP RUBBER PILES MOUNT SCALES ARE NEEDED: Mrs. Paul R. Kempf, wife of State Rubber Salvage Committeeman Kempf provides a good example for other city and county residents who are being asked to loan scales to filling stations acting as collection agents in the current rubber salvage drive.
