Handling The Controls: Carl Hetler of 108 E. Henry, Saline handles the controls of a 50-year-old Port Huron Steam engine used during a threshing bee on the farm of Herman Alber, 4400 Weber Rd. Looking on is the owner of the steam engine, William Detweiler of Wayne. The steam engine will be used again Saturday when the threshing will be completed. About 25 persons visited the threshing session.
