Strictly Confidential: In the social service exchange, the Community Fund association maintains a clearing house for the listing of identifying information on all cases handled by agencies, public or private that keep permanent records. This typical picture shows the exchange records being consulted by a group of workers whose desire is to be of service but who also want to avoid duplication and ensure the co-operation of all interested agencies and individuals. Such an exchange is a fundamental of good social work. Co-operating agencies refer to the exchange before giving assistance. The records also are available to King's Daughters and to churches and like groups or individuals who have a legitimate reason for obtaining the information. Is is however strictly confidential.
