3. 2617 Salisbury The 1st Ward home Dodge purchased last April. The current Ann Arbor phone book lists this as Dodge's address. A News reporter witnessed Dodge leaving this house Sunday. Dodge's mother directed a reporter to this house when asked how best to reach Dodge. Under the City Charter, a council seat 'shall become vacant' when the member moves out of the ward he or she was elected to represent.
