WHEN NELLIE GIVES MILK HER DAY HAS JUST BEGUN because nine-year-old Phyllis Marie Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Miller, Route 1, Gregory, thinks Nellie should exercise periodically. Nellie has other ideas, but it doesn't do her any good because Phyllis climbs on one of those stumps you see in the left background and slides on her back.
