CHOO-CHOO HOSPITAL: Fixing trains that refuse to huff and puff and smoke and whistle and run the way they were intended to is the odd-hour hobby and business of Richard Guarino of 1803 Arbor View Blvd., who has set up the basement workshop partly shown here and named it the Malmar Round House. Employed at Edwards Bros., Inc., Guarino has been forced from his job by a back ailment for the last two months. In that time, he has mended more than 200 electric trains - and is at his bench 14 and more hours a day now to get 'em all rolling by Christmas.
