Development of the park with research-oriented industry is expected to begin in the spring, Dickinson said. (standing, center), Ann Arbor's new city administrator, told city officials during last night's introduction meeting in the council chambers that he is glad to be here. Visible in picture (sitting at tables left, back to front) are Mayor William E. Brown, jr., Fred J. Mammel, assistant city engineer, and Alds. Charles W. Joiner, Arthur W. Gallup and Mrs. Margaret Towsley. Council President A. D. Moore is to the right of Larcom and Police Chief Casper M. Enkemann is at the right of Moore. Seated in front of Moore are City Clerk Fred J. Looker and his deputy, Miss Nancy Hunter. Larcom will officially begin his duties here on April 9.
