SHE TRAINS HAWKS: Publicity stunts come and go, but this one is better than most. Advance men for a motion picture, "The Mark of the Hawk," opening March 20 at the Campus Theater, brought Miss Gloria Stoesser of New York City and her pet red-tailed hawk, Tara, to town this week. Miss Stoesser is training the two-year-old bird to be a hunting falcon. Tara stands 22 inches tall, has a four-foot wingspan and looks plenty ferocious.
