Dr. Karl Yoshonis (center) demonstrates on a dummy the approved method of closed chest cardiac resuscitation at a training session of 40 Ann Arbor firemen at the central fire headquarters last night. The training is sponsored by the Michigan Heart Association and is being held in two nightly sessions with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital doctors and other personnel instructing. At far right is Fire Chief Arthur L. Stauch. Next to him in the front row are Dr. Don Alexander, Dr. Yoshonis and John Shelton, head of the inhalation therapy section of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
