VANDALISM CLEANUP - Kevin Carter, an employee of the Ann Arbor Public Schools, cleans up the work of three teen-age vandals at Abbot Elementary School on Sequoia Parkway. The youths, now being petitioned to Juvenile Court, admitted to police they used a wooden mallet and other tools to smash 48 large windows in the west side school early Thursday morning. The young suspects were tracked by Ann Arbor patrolmen from the Special Problems Unit to a nearby house. One of the youths told officers he took part in the vandalism because he 'wanted to see what it felt like to break windows.' Damage was placed at over $2,500.
