IT'S NOT SO BAD - WITHOUT A GIRDLE: The freedom of coed attire seems to appeal, at least momentarily, to Dick Rawdon, sophomore from Washington, D. C., a feminine lead in "Full House," but the thought of a "foundation garment" appalled him. The wigs haven't arrived from the costumers yet.
