MILAN SPORTSMEN RAISE PHEASANTS: Two members of the Milan outpost of the Monroe Sportsmen's league are shown in the above picture, taken at the Milan club's pheasant farm on US-23, clipping the wings of young birds to keep them from escaping until they are able to take care of themselves in the open. John Michelsen (left) has charge of the farm and Mike Conde is a member of the club. Below is a group of the four-weeks-old pheasants in the yard enclosed by a nine-foot wire fence. They'll be released when they are about 10 weeks old.
