BIRD IN THE HAND: Did you know that this is National Cage Bird Week? Neither does this parakeet perched on the hand of Kenny Hillis, son or Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Hillis, 912 Brown St., but maybe that's why Kenny is showing him special attention. His mother raises parakeets and canaries as a hobby, and four-year-old Kenny thinks it's a might fine hobby.
