Frank DeVine Frank DeVine, attorney, has two sons in the Navy, Lt. Sgt. John B. DeVine is on a destroyer in the South Pacitic, Ensign Edmond F. DeVine is still in this country. Mr. DeVine says, "My reasons for buying War Bonds are: "Because by their purchase we will back those who are fighting this war for us. "Because by buying Bonds we will shorten the war. "Because if we fail to raise the amount of any War Bond issue our failure will be gratifying to our enemies. "Because by buying Bonds we can do much to build and maintain the morale of our fighting forces. "Because our fighting men will shorten the job if we furnish them with the equipment without delay. "Because the boys will do their job if we at home do our job."
