MAKING NEW BULLETS FROM OLD: Slugs and casings from discharged bullets are salvaged and made into new bullets by Patrolman Casper M. Enkemann and Clark J. Earl for police target practice. Officer Enkemann is shown operating the complicated but fool-proof reloading machine, with the slug re-sizer and lubricator to his right. On the table and in the stacked boxes are several thousand of the "home-made" bullets, while the trays are filled with slugs and old casings. A can of powder and a box of primers are on the table in the foreground.
