BOY SCOUTS HELP: Boy scouts placed posters such as this held by Charles Wagner of troop 76, in store windows today, calling the attention of the public to the need for contributions for the relief of war-torn Finland. The posters are sponsored by the Ann Arbor committee which is receiving contributions to the Finnish Relief Fund. A concert by University musical organizations Feb. 27 also will increase the relief funds.
