McCready, who is chairman of war relief production for the Washtenaw county chapter of the American Red Cross. Mrs. Sturgis and Mrs. A. C. Curtis are the other two members of this Red Cross committee supervising the preparing of these articles.

University and city leaders are uniting in the worthwhile project of raising funds for the aid of Finnish war refugees. Immediate efforts are furthering plans for a benefit concert Feb. 27. Mrs. A. C. Furstenberg, seated at the right, is chairman of the ticket committee, while seated at the left is Mrs. Cora Holland, secretary of the general committee. Standing, left toright are: Prof. William D. Revelli, conductor of the University bands, Dr. Alexander G. Ruthven, president of the University, Mayor Walter C. Sadler, Prof. David Mattern, conductor of the University men's glee club, and Rudolph E. Reichert, charman of the Finnish Relief Fund locally.
