If red-haired Dianna Lynn Valentine appears skeptical about all the fuss over a paper heart, perhaps she doesn't realize that not only does she bear the name of tomorrow's holiday, she was born on Feb. 14 two years ago. (And that wasn't so simple for someone due Jan. 26) Advice the doctor gave Mr. and Mrs. Donald Valentine of Whitmore Lake two years ago: "When you make up your mind to do something, you do it."

Ready for their first birthday tomorrow in red and pink dresses sewn by their mother, Lisanne (left) and Colette Sartor play beside their new stuffed Valentine toys. Their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Sartor of 118 Glendale, said the birth was expected on Feb. 14, but the doctor predicted a 15-pound baby, not twins. The Sartors adjusted quickly and cheerfully and bought heart-shaped cake pans.
