The U-M student organization FOKUS - Fighting Obstacles Knowing Ultimate Success- had reserved the space for its annual block party, but allotted Sinclair time to speak to Hash Bash celebrants in the crowd. "I like to get high," he told them. "I believe I have a right to get high."
