All of the individuals in this group are descendants of the early pioneers who helped to found the community. In the background may be seen the representation of "Ann's Arbor" which was conspicuous in the decorations of the banquet hall.

Sharpe of the Michigan Supreme Court, who presented the charter to the Ann Arbor service group in 1929; Philip J. Maher of Kalamazoo, district governor; Mrs. Harold C.
