Rawsonville School children present a program during Michigan Week, May 1960

PUPILS IN THE fourth and fifth grades in the Rawsonville School, under the direction of Mrs. Mexie Crabtree, presented a program and tea in conjunction with Michigan Week. A backdrop illustrating Michigan wild life was drawn by the students which contained pictures of beavers in water, fox in the wood, deer in the brush and robins in the trees. They wrote an original skit centered around Michigan its habitat. Participating in the program were, back row, left to righ, Janna Wolters, Bonnie Reynolds, Thomas Everard, Daniel Bush, Paul Studer, Lawrence Domcik, Jacque Wallace and Maxine Leonard. Second row, same order, Richard Smith, Raymond Berch, James Thompson, Vincent Millword, Sandra Richards, Diane Carter and Gary Fore, who represented the hunter. First row, Susan Richards, who portrayed the role of the fairy, Susan Klein, David Clemons and Marion Hopkins.
